Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and refunds for orders placed on Pheriwalla.com.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of being placed. This is because we transmit order details to our vendors quickly to ensure prompt preparation and delivery.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, navigate to the "My Orders" section in your customer dashboard and select the "Cancel Order" option if it is available.
- After 30 Minutes: Once the 30-minute window has passed, the order is confirmed with the vendor and can no longer be cancelled through the platform. You may contact the vendor directly, but cancellation at this stage is at the vendor's discretion.
2. Refunds for Quality Issues
We take product quality very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your order due to a quality issue (e.g., damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items), please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact our Customer Support team at support@pheriwalla.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Evidence: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) in question. This helps us quickly verify the issue with the vendor.
- Resolution: We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Upon verification, we will work with the vendor to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund to your original payment method or as platform credit.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for items that are not to your personal taste but are otherwise of good quality. Refunds will not be issued for orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer was unavailable to receive the delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
